These terms apply when you use hablespanish.co.uk or purchase services from HableSpanish. By placing an order, booking a lesson, booking an assessment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

About HableSpanish

HableSpanish provides Spanish tuition, GCSE Spanish support, A-level Spanish support, speaking exam preparation, mock exam reviews, assessments and related educational services online.

Bookings and payment

Lessons, assessments and tuition packages must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in GBP and may change from time to time, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price paid.

Students under 18

For students under 18, bookings and key communication should be handled by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for making sure the student attends lessons from a suitable environment and has the required internet connection, device, microphone, camera and learning materials.

Online lesson expectations

Students should attend on time, behave respectfully and participate in lessons in an appropriate study environment. HableSpanish may end or reschedule a session if the environment is unsuitable, if safeguarding concerns arise, or if behaviour prevents productive tuition.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Our cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Return and refund policy. In general, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Missed lessons or late cancellations may be charged as used.

Educational outcomes

HableSpanish provides professional tuition and exam preparation support, but we cannot guarantee any specific grade, examination result, school outcome or admission outcome. Results depend on many factors including attendance, independent study, student engagement and exam performance.

Learning materials and intellectual property

Lesson materials, feedback documents, worksheets, recordings, resources and website content supplied by HableSpanish are for the personal educational use of the student only. They must not be copied, resold, republished, shared publicly or used commercially without written permission.

Communication

We use email and agreed online lesson platforms to manage bookings, lessons and study progress. For minors, important communication should include or be directed through a parent or guardian.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content where needed.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for providing services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HableSpanish is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, internet/device failures outside our control, or exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless consumer law gives you the right to use another court.
